Name: Hirotaka Hibiki

Profile: Owner and manager (and occasional bouncer) of Maid of Win. Son of Hiroshi Hibiki (the boss of the Neiwa Mafia) and Shizuka Hibiki. Hirotaka received a decent sized house for his 20th birthday (as well as a hefty sum of money to "get him started"), from his father (this house was originally Hiroshi's, but Hiroshi had since moved into a newer, much bigger house in a quieter area and had not wanted to just sell the old one since he built it mostly himself). Determined to pay his father back for such an outrageously expensive (in Hirotaka's eyes anyway) gift, as well as to overall rely on his father's success less than he had been for most of his life, he decided to turn the lower half of the house into a business and use a majority of the profits to donate to the Neiwa Mafia. He has a scar on his right eye which makes him look like a bit of a badass in the eyes of others, but he tends to keep to himself about the fact that he got it from a rabid poodle that had gotten free of its leash. Hiroshi taught him how to fight (part martial arts, part military CQC) when he was just 12 years old, although Hirotaka tends to forget that training occasionally and just pick up the nearest heavy object that can be thrown or used as a bludgeoning weapon. Due to being raised primarily by his mother during his early years, he picked up skills at cooking and an interest in manga, anime, video games, and the internet. When his father played a bigger role in his later years, Hirotaka learned this and that about leadership, as well as giving and earning respect. The nerdiness taught by his mother and the seriousness taught by his father left Hirotaka quite inept at dealing with casual encounters with average people.

Profile: Begged her parents to let her stay at Maid of Win; her parents agreed to it, as they're always out to help her out whenever they can and are 100% supportive of her lifestyle. Jun is of the opinion that since maids are popular among guys, she'll be more popular if she herself works as one. Very occasionally attempts to use being "male" as an excuse to get away with something, but not as often as Kizuna does. Outspoken and optimistic.

Gender: Trap; currently identifies as male
Profile: Bullied to no end by his intellectually superior, charismatically inferior, older (only very slightly) sister, their parents suggested that Hideyoshi take the Maid of Win job as a sort of "vacation" while they do their best to talk some sense into his sister. Hideyoshi was all too pleased by this development. Still identifies as male not due to his own personal opinion, but rather because of his sister's insistance that he is one. Very quiet and unopinionated, as well as easily influenced by his peers.

Profile: Wanting a chance to show that he can not only take care of himself but also that he isn't inferior to "real" girls, he nagged his mother into submission until she finally let him take the job at Maid of Win. Identifies as male only due to an unyielding dislike of "real" girls. Obsessed with stripping people, not due to a desire to see people naked, but rather due to a desire to humiliate others, perhaps due to a past trauma. A twist on the classic tsundere type; second only to Sara in terms of fighting ability even if only due to his stubborn attitude.

Gender: Trap; identifies as female
Profile: Heard about Maid of Win's ad campaign being aimed at teens and young adults similar to herself, and took the job to make sure none of her "little sisters" were being exploited. Has previous experience in a service job and genuinely wants to set a good example for her co-workers, but is also very shy and sometimes has difficulty conveying her feelings. Hirotaka eventually comes to consider her potential assistant manager material.

Gender: Trap, identifies as female
Profile: Sara's mother, not yet being able to accept the path her "son" chose (and Sara's father being too neutral on the issue to help either side), talked Sara into giving her some space by taking the Maid of Win job. Sara was happy to oblige. The two still stay in contact by phone. Among the maids, Sara has quite a lot of cooking experience (mostly at home), so Hirotaka sometimes has her help out in the kitchen when there's a lot of orders. Although she doesn't have as short a fuse as Noto, she is the best fighter among the maids when it comes to unarmed fighting, as she spent a lot of time in her younger years learning karate to defend herself from bullies. Has a tendancy to refer to herself in the 3rd person a lot.

Gender: Trap; flip-flops between identifying as male or female
Profile: Curious to see how many guys she can make fall for her and otherwise flaunt her talent as a trap, she convinced her parents that she wanted the Maid of Win job so that she could learn how adults live and thus appreciate her parents more (obviously, this part was a total lie). Essentially identifies as female, but uses being "male" as an excuse to attempt get away with certain things, usually perverse in nature. Wastes no opportunity to tease Hirotaka and try to get him to relax a bit, but can still be serious when atmosphere calls for it.
Age: 41 (no, really)
Gender: Female
Profile: Hirotaka's mother, who has slowly been traveling down the one-way path of the fujoshi over the past 15 years. Loves drawing BL, and has recently gotten into trap-related art as well. Is quite immature for her age, and often makes even more trouble for Hirotaka than any of the maids do. Despite this, Hirotaka cares for her a lot, mainly because she has always been easier to approach than his father. When Shizuka thinks about something perverse, her glasses fog up and her stray strands of hair atop her head stand up. She refers to this as her "BL radar". Her dreams of Hirotaka turning out gay are all but gone, however, she's moved onto trying to ship him with the trap maids that he employs.
